Win98 clients unable to Logon to FrontPage

Hi,
We have a Win2k Server running IIS and Server Extensions. Clients using Win2k Professional as their OS have no problem accessing their pages for update using FrontPage. However, users who run Win98 on their computer are rejected at the login screen.
Any bright ideas how to solve this problem?
