I have seen this question asked before and have not seen where anyone was able to come up with a better answer then just install win2kpro. I understand that is a solution however, I would really like to know if anyone has some ideas other than that. Basically, I can login just fine. I can ping around and I am properly assigned an Internal IP address. I am getting a 100mbps connection at the server and I am connecting via Cable. Once connected I cannot go to any share on the network. \\ipaddress doesn't work either. I can't even browse the shares on the server that I am connecting to. Naturally, win2kpro users are working fine.

On a suggestion from an earlier post I installed DUN 1.4 and tuned the registry ala speedguide to no avail. Will try anything short of the os upgrade. I am trying to keep a dozen laptops from going through the upgrade blues if you know what I mean.
