win32k.sys Error in windown 2000 server

I am using dual os win98 and wind2000 server.I am created new partion using power quest partion magic. Then i will restart win 98 booting correctly but win2000 server having problem "win32k.sys error" then it will restart autoaticaly.How can i solve the problem. Please guide me.
