win32 print error 3003

I have a hp 1220 hooked up to a workstation that is shared on our network. we use exchange so to install a printer on another workstation you just drag and drop into your printers folder. For some reason every computer in the office can print to the 1220 via exchange except for one and when I do try to print I get the win32 print error 3003 my exchange server shows an event id 61 and gives me that error but every other workstation in the office prints to this printer w/o any problem any ideas.....

tried reinstalling the printer on the workstation
tried restarting the print spool services on the server
tried remapping network drive
tried printing logged in as different users

You mention Exchange so I assume that you are on a domain?

I would check permissions on the Winnt\temp directory sometimes this can resolve this issue
