Win32 Error!

I am trying to run an application from my desktop. It starts a dos session and states that This program must be run under WIN32. What does that mean?

Sounds like the program was designed in Borland or Delphi. Does it use any .dll or .bpl files.

If it's not too much of a secret, you could reveal a name.
