can some body help me out here what is this file/folder doing on my desktop ? can i or should i delete this file..

It is probably a file for a security update for IE, downloaded from Microsoft, and for some reason saved to the desktop instead of to a folder. To install the update, you must probably logon as administrator. If it has already been installed, and is not intended for use on other computers on your net, it should be deleted.
 
what does this do..and where can i read more about this..
just curious..about it..before reunning or deleting it.
