we have a Win2K Server and several Win98 Clients. I noticed recently that when one of teh '98 Clients accesses a shared file on the server then closes it - the server still 'thinks' that the client has the file open - monitoring the file shares and in use shows the file open for read/write - even though the client has long since closed the file.

How do I stop it doing that?
