Win2kpro and proxy problem

Win2kpro notebook. Person installed Gnutella-based client Bearshare 2.2.5 and now cannot connect to the Internet through the Proxy server in the office. He can use his AOL dialup and even get on his home LAN (cable with Linksys router setup.

We run MS Proxy Server 2.0.389.12 on Win2000 server SP2 installed. NOtebook is 2000pro with SP2 installed.

Everything ran fine before install of Bearshare. We have everything under the sun but format nad reinstall.

I can browse any and eveything on our LAN. You name it, and I bet we triedit.

Help me please if possible!!! :)
