Office A has 30+ computers with the Windows 2000 Server PDC with Active Directory.
Office B has 10+ computers (all Windows 2000 Professional, except for one Windows 95 which idles mostly).
Both offices are connected together through an IPSec router to router tunnel.
All Office B computers have NetBeui over TCP/IP enabled, and are using LMHosts for PDC resolution.
Office B is in a "Workgroup" named the same as the "Domain".
The PDC has both Wins & DNS running as well I can tell.
All computers at both offices are configured to use Wins & DNS from the PDC statically.
Atleast once a week, Office B loses Office A (ie mapped network drives) and the PDC, but not the internet connection.
They can imediately manually dial-up a PPTP connection to the PDC and stay connected.
