Win2K8 BrightStor r12 error AW0005

Hi everyone!

We recently upgraded to BrightStor R12SP2 to backup our Windows 2008 servers. Unfortunately, we get the error AW0005 everytime we try to backup using the client Agent, which is installed. Anybody knows where to look to solve this problem?
 
Start with the error code at the end of the message, and also check the client agent log.
