win2k3 as vm on vmware server 2.0 win32

Hi all,
I'm using vmware server 2.0 running on win2k3 as the host OS
I've created new vm a win2k3 EE vm with brideged network support but its not working at all
the configuration as shown in the picture Thanks in advance for your help
