I use a win2k server for development and testing before deploying applications to production servers. I installed windows XP Pro on this machine, these machines dual boot fine, both OS are on different drives. Now I can't login to the network domain under win2k. with XP I can login fine. The error I get is something like this computer account doesn't exist anymore in the domain.

Change in one of the installations the Computer Name, and create a new username password for the account. Then join the Domain as a new computername username.

The reason you need to do this is because which ever OS you installed and joined to a domain account last changes the SID in the domain for that computername. When you try to logon using the other OS it will say that it doesn't have a domain account. Which is true as your second OS installation changed the SID relationship when you joined it to the Domain. NT doesn't really use the name it uses the SID, and the SID is different in your two OS installs.

You might try changing the SID on one installation so that they match. I have never done this, but it might work. Sysinternals has a utility to accomplish this:
