Win2k workstation logon to Win2k3 server not working

After power outage my windows 2003 server would not start and I had to use dcpromo /forceremoval to remove & rebuild it. All apears well.Here is :

I can logon to the workstations in non domain (workgroup) but I can not login under the domain. The router is working & I can connect to internet & ISP. I have reinput all my users & passwords but no computers show up inAD computers. Any ideas?? I have no idea where to go from this point.

What are the errors when you attempt to join the domain?

The followong error occured attempting to join the domain "lapoynor": The credentials supplied conflict with an existing set of credentials.

What account are you trying to use when joining the domain?
