win2k vs winxp in vpn

hi. i've set up a vpn between our 2 locations (dsl with 2 zywall 50 - 2 win2k servers); the tunnel works fine but we've got a huge problem; let's say i'm in the A site : with a winxp laptop i can see the B site's server (i ping the static ip, i can browse and i can see its name in explorer). Now if i'm trying to get this with my win2k stations, it all fails. i can ping the static ip from B site's server, but i can't "see" it, neither via explorer/search/name of the server or explorer/search.ip of this server.
any advice? thanks a lot. bruno

Have you made sure the "B" sites machines are receiving an IP for the "A" sites network? Thanks,

i have done this before. it's ok for B site's stations.
