Win2K Terminal Service..Need to run on diskless comps

I have a sudden episode of memory loss. Can someone please tell me or direct me for instructions on how to take a diskless pc and run Win2K prof on it from over a network. How exactly do you setup the server for this type of terminal service??

questons before answers....
does ur PC have or is capable of PXe? does your network have a DHCP server? if yes then there is your answer. And make sure that your W2K server is configured for Terminal Services.
