Have a Win2k Server that is running Terminal Services. 2 Remote users connect to the Terminal Server with WinXP machines. Will printer redirection still work?

If I have to load winXP printer drivers on the Win2k terminal server, then how to do that? Since XP came out after win2k it's obviously not setup for that...

Any comments/ideas/input would be great.

Thanks.

You may not ned ot load any drivers. Are the users using Terminal Services Client to access the Terminal Server or are they using the Remote Connection that comes with XP? I Know the redirector works with the TS Client software. James Collins

Heading out of town to setup these users next week. Wanted to be sure that everything's ready on the TS itself before I hit the road. I had figured I would just configure the remote desktop that comes with XP, and have them use that.

Printers that will need to redirect are: HP LaserJet 4si, HP Deskjet 940c, and a HP Laserjet 4+.

I did find Q275495 - have yet to dive into it though. Assuming that's what's needed to add printers that aren't in the list.
