Win2K srever error message

Our Win2K server some times prompt out error message in system log :" The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty"
and most user can not access the server folders.
Thanks for the help.

What service pack are you at? According to MS site this is fixed by sp2. I hope this helps.
