It's a file and print server. Some print jobs do no delete and hold up the rest of the queue. They will say "deleting" but never go away. I end up having to restart the print spooler which shuts down all the printers on this server. It's not specific to any model of printer as we have had this issue with HP's, Toshibas, and Canon's. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ensure that you have enough disk space available on the drive that maintains your printing environment. It is always feasible to dedicate a separate drive for the spooler service (especially on heavily used print servers that spool large files). Hope this helps.
