I would not touch SP3 at the moment there seems to be lots of bugs with it on normal servers / desktops without adding Citrix to the stew!
I would HIGHLY recommend you test this very carefully on a spare server. If you want to proceed anyway without testing first then please ensure that you actually DO have a full - working - back up first.
Can you post the result? I don't know anyone who has done this yet......

Thx for the input. I've heard that on MF XP it will slow down the server due to the auto-creation of client printers while logging in and out of Citrix. But of course that might be Citrix itself...that's why them came out with FR2.
I'll be testing it out on a couple of selected servers that are having issues with blue-screens. Microsoft suggested installing sp3 on those boxes but I will backing up sp2 before I install it so I can roll back if it blows up.
