win2k shared drive issue

Hi All
I have a sbs2k server ( server 2k sp4 )
users approx 15 ( mixture win98se + win2k wksta ) using shared drives on server ( intel mboard dual xeon 3gig cpu / 1gig ram )
users acces to shared drives slow > then freeze
server reboot fix's issue
the issue can recure daily then not again for weeks

any ideas?

might be a moemry leak or something, need specific info to tshooting performance issue.
