Anyone know what would cause a green computer icon by Console (administrator) and a connection icon with Down (65543) after it in Terminal Services Manager? When I try and connect with Remote Desktop it says "Remote connection might not be enabled or too busy to accept connections". There are no other connections to it and I am not sure how to tell if remote connections are enabled. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated!

In the user management, make sure you have Enable Terminal Services to log in is checked.

TeknoSDS .. not sure where you mean in user management? Can you be more specific as to what I should look for?

Thanks!

In the Administration section, there is Computer Management, then you have Users and Work Groups.

I thought that is what you were talking about ... but since I am using Active Directory, management of all my users/computers is done through it. I know my account has the ability to remote desktop in because I use it on other servers. Is there any Terminal Services configuration that could be causing the connection to show as Down (65543)? Thanks for the help.
