I am having a problem, and some major bad luck.
We have a server just died and this server was a win2k and was the Operations master for the RID and now I can't seem to claim the title from another server. I get this error:
Active Directory
The transfer of the operations master role cannot be performed because:
The request FSMO operation failed. The current FSMO holder could not be contacted.
Is there any way to force the replication without getting the current FSMO holder online?
