WIn2K Server MAC Address Filtering

Does any one know of a way to filter the connections to a 2K server by MAC address, we use DHCP and there are a couple of individuals some where on our network who occasinally decide to plug in there own laptop, obviously they get an IP and hence web access, I could reserve an IP for their MAC and then add the IP to the blocked list on our firewall but as I think I know who it is they are smart enough to then assign them selves a fixed IP, out firewall does not include MAC filtering and as our server does some of the netowrk routing I figured blocking the MAC there would be best.
