Win2K server IRQ conflict when configuring Sound and NIC

IRQ conflict shown in Computer Information when configuring Sound , Network Card, Display Drivers. Driver versions correct, Could it be the problem of Patches??? Ne xperience?
Please Help!

Could go to bios and change the irq settings like raquetman mentioned or sometimes you can switch the cards around in the pci slots if you don't feel like messing with the bios.
