Win2k server icq not working

Hi,

Can anyone please help with the following??

I have win2k server running on my home server as a domain controller, i have 3 client pcs running windows xp sp1. I am having problems with some software on the clients pcs.

I dunno if this is due to a policy setting i need to set on the server.

I have installed icq with my admin account on the client pcs. When domain users log onto the client pc's and try to open icq thay get an error saying cannot open because of admin or power user priviliges.

This happens sometimes with other software as well
