Win2k server hangs after scripted restart

We have a farm of Dell 1550 servers running win2k and citrix xp. Every sunday night the servers are restarted by script using the tsshutdn.exe command and all servers except one restart successfully.

This server "hangs" at the blue desktop colour screen and the only resolution to this is a hard reset, after which it is fine. This server did carry out the citrix DS and DC functions although browsing functions have been moved to another server so users can retain functionality. I am not certain that citrix has anything to do with the problem though as I have seen similar problems before with NT4 on a PDC and a node in an exchange cluster.

If anyone has experienced this before I would appreciate any assistance possible.

Thanks
