Win2K Server - email forms - mail server

Runnning Win2k, SP2 and have created a email form on our site using FrontPage 2000 to be sent by our mail server. For the last 2 weeks we have been getting errors -

"FrontPage Error. User: please report details to this site's webmaster. Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details"

The log error is: "Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions:
- Error #160005 Message: Bad response from SMTP host'meteor.testing.com': Sorry, service not available at this time."

Any ideas on how to fix this????
