Win2k Pro locking up when sending to Notepad

How big are reports,are they pure text files??.If they are bigger than few meg-s,notepad freezes.Notepad is designed basicaly for files smaller or equal to 64 Kb.If reports are bigger he should try some other program Wordpad or Word. If he still wants to use notepad he needs time.Give us more details about locking.
