Win2k Pro clients cant see computer in Network Neighborhood.

This is probably more of a permissions issue with Win2k pro. All the users are setup with only user permissions on the boxes. With user permissions they can't see anything in the network neighborhood so they can't easily browse and map shares. If I set the user up as a power user then they can see the network just fine. I don't have any type of group policies in place to restrict this feature. I guess my question is how can I allow my users to browse the network with only user permissions. Many thanks.
