Win2K Network Load Balance (NLB)

When configuring NLB in Win2K. I know that you put the virtual IP address as a second recognizable address under the IP properties advanced button on the first server in the cluster, but do you do that on all the other servers in the cluster too? When I try this I get a error of 2 servers with the same IP address?
