Win2k Install hotfax Max 56KI voice ( reboots )

I have been running win2K for a time.
My old HotFax Max modem software on a supra 56I voice modem would not run on win2k.
So I bought a new Version that is suppose to run on win2k and when I installed it my machine went right into an auto reboot.
After I got it installed, every time I run it may machine go's into an auto reboot. No errors.
Can anyone help ?
