win2k in a Workgroup

I have a win2k server used in a Workgoup as a file server, (i can't join to to the domain as a memeber server) anyway.. I have user accounts set up for the users that will be connecting to it. But when i try to connect i get a //shop is not accessible. logon account is disabled.

the accounts are not disabled. file and print sharing are enabled.
any suggestions.

oo... i just discouvered trhat i can get to it if i use run cammand \\ ip address
so i just can't get to it through a browser.. any more suggestions.

Any reason why you are unable to add to the domain? Also, have you tried mapping the location since you can reach it via \\?
