Can anyone help?
I installed win2k on my C drive, and then installed win98se on a seperate drive. Now if i want to boot between either drive i have to change the bios settings.
this is the .ini file

[boot loader]
timeout=15
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
c:\="Microsoft Windows"

is there a way of editing this so that when the 2k boot menu appears the windows98 boot will point to the 2nd hard drive?

Short of reformating, i'm stuck.
any help appreciated, cheers.

The rule is that oldest OS first. Which means that w98 has to be installed first then w2k. If you can get a third party boot loader like partition magic or system commander it might let you do what you want.
