Win2K, Arcserve, W342 Unable to open the registry Key

Every night when it comes time to back up the registry key I get the following message:

W3421 Unable to open the registry key.....(\control set\control\class\{k87d9cd9g8a0asd} EC=NO SYSTEM RESOURCES

Arcserve installed on NT4 server, problem comes when it is backing up remote Win2k server....
