2 Questions...Can you have an Anonymous Users call a login script?

When launching applications published to Anonymous Users The "Loading and Applying personal settings" portions of the login process seem to take awhile even on Servers with 4 Zeon Processors and 4 gigs of ram. Is there a why to improve this?
