Hi All,

Windows 2003 SRV, Dell Perc 5/E RAID controller, RAID 5, 8 HDUs

My question:
How could I configure a partition greater than 4TB ?
Or are 4TB the limit ?

thanks
getndz

I should mention also that currently the maximum NTFS file system size that can be realized on Windows is 256 TB.

To configure was a Dell MD1000 container with 8TB configured as RAID 5.
Windows Disk Management "said" 1 2TB partition and a second one 4.5TB partition.
With GPT I've got a 6.5 TB partition. It's OK !!!
