When win 2000pro is starting up it's giving me a error (Lp6nds35.sys) is corrupted?.

Most references Ive seen to LP6NDS35.sys involve SCSI devices. Can you find that file on the installation CD? If so, copy LP6NDS35.sys to the %windir%\system32\drivers directory. First rename the original to .old or something like that just in case.

Lp6nds35.sys is a scsi port driver for Emulex fiber channel driver. Probably will need to re-load it.
