I am running a network with NT4 Win98 and Win2k. The win2k machines give the user the error message "you cannont change your password, you do not have permission" I have checked on the win2k server and every group has permission to change password. Any Ideas?

Hello! Go into:
start>settings>control panel>user and passwords

This should allow you to see the permissions on the individual accounts that are on that system. Some accounts have admin rights to change their passwords. If you set them to Power User, that should help!
