Win2000 Imaging

I need help viewing a .awd fax image on Windows 2000.
Imaging on Win98 was capable of viewing .awd fax images.
The message I receive is:
This document's format is invalid or not supported.
The document opens fine in Win98's Imaging.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dillard, Do you have the FAX/Imaging components of Win2K installed (Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Windows Components)? If so, you might want to check your folder options>File Types and create a file association for the AWD file extension. I hope this helps.

Fax/Imaging components are installed. .awd file extensions are associated with Imaging. When I double-click on the file.awd Imaging opens and I get the error message.
