Win2000 AD ports 445,5168 to user repeatedly

I have a Win2000 AD DC attempting to contact an Internet address (which once was a valid VPN user) repeatedly on ports 445,5168, and 139 about 500 times a day. These ports are blocked by the firewall and I have the latest Trend Vscan showing no infection. I have also rebooted several times to clear any cache.

I just can't figure out why it contiues to contact this ip address (even though it is not even alive).

Any ideas? TIA.
