Win2000/03 server services

Looking to see if some one has a set of minimum services for a WIN server running tcpip before apps get added etc etc.? Most all the servers we have, have all the default services running from previous installs and was wanting to turn off all the other BS that's not needed.

If you google win2Kservices.doc you will find a link to an MS document covering Windows 2000 services and security recommendations for them.
