Win XP System Management Bus Controller Driver

You haven't provided very much information. There really is no single file that might solve any problems you have. This is likely a power management issue. Is this an error message of some kind?
I suggest you check with the system or motherboard manufacturer WEB site for possible drivers. Particulalrly if your system is a white box system.

I have the same problem with a Dell 4500. The SM Bus Controller in Other Devices (in the Devise Manager) has a yellow question mark by it. When I try to reinstall the driver from the WindowsXP CD, it cannot be located. When I try installing from the web, it cannot be found there either.
My computer seems to be operating okay, it just bugs me to have a inoperable device showing in Device Manager. I called Dell, and the tech suggested reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling XP. I told him "No thanks"

I have just had this problem and it has something to do with the chipset on the motherboard.
Check the chipset from the list on this link
and then follow the link to a download page on the Intel site.
It worked for me.

Try the Driver Detective it can scan your installation looking for missing drivers and help you find them.
Were you supplied any additional CD's with various drivers at the time of purchase?
Another handy tool to have is the free Belarc Advisor, it will tell you a lot about your machine which will assist you in obtaining drivers.
