Win XP Reboot "nag" utility needed.

At a previous job, the IT group had a utility that use to remind user that they needed to reboot their computer if they hadnt done so in a while. If they closed it, it would just pop-up in a few more hours and after a while, it would just not go away, therefore making them reboot.

Does anyone know of a utility similar to this? I am wanting to see about implamenting something like this in my current office.
 
There is a fair chance they used Winexit.scr, an NT/Winwk reskit utility.

In the alternative you could always script a test of how long the user has been on the computer, and use shutdown.exe to end the session. For example, from the reskit, Usrstat.exe will return the uptime from a station:
