I have just installed a new motherboard and processor on my computer. This equiptment was working just fine in another computer. When I boot the machine, it gets to the background screen with a cursor, and then locks up hard! It will run fine in safe mode, but I can't ssem to find any thing wrong. I have repleace the network card, video card, and set the BIOS options to minimal, but still locking. Where should I go next? Frustrated windows technician...
