help having problems, creating a dial box for work and i can install all three modems using the latest drivers no problem, but when i try to access them the one on com port 3 works fine the one on ports 4 and 5 will not respond, tried to uninstall, remove and reinstall all but no luck

the port that the device is attached to can not be opened. this could be the cause of a hardware conflict. open the device manager and check for conflicts

3 modems? Plugged in the same time?

How are they connected? What os?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
