I installed Win XP over win ME.
Then, installed Norton 2003.
Then, accidently added a new user to XP.
Next thing, Norton came out with a notice stating that it will not auto protect. They asked me to reinstall Norton.
I can't uninstall/reinstall Norton. They say something about "could not access network location ::\Documents and Settings\ All Users\Desktop"
Help me.
PS: I Still can access my computer and access Norton to scan my computer. But, i cannot put it to auto-protect.
