Win XP Group Policy Problem 1

Using Windows XP with a Windows 2000 Server and having problems getting XP PCs to get group policies from the server. We can set policies locally but they won't recognize any policies from the server. Any help is appreciated.

On the XP machine run the gpresult and gpotool to determine what policies are being applied, if any...
