Win XP DSL TWEAKING

Does any body know where I can find how to Tweak my windows XP Pro so my DSL can give me better speed ? I Tried to follwo some of the suggetions but most of them missing steps. Thanks.

Use the sites freeware DrTCP utility to set the MTU and RWIN values discovered by the tweak test.
