win xp driver for intel v92 Ham Fax

I want to install Windows XP but I need an xp driver for my intel v92 Ham Data Fax Voice modem. I've been to the Intel sites and they continually say item not found. I've been to driverguide.com and they don't seem to have it either.

Please help. Thanks.
