Win XP auto detect of HP 1012 laser every time I restart

I have 2 computers that each have a 1012 Laser installed on them.

Every time one of these computers are restarted Windows detects hardware and asks if I want to find the driver for it. Is there a way to get rid of this incredibly annoying message? When I cancel it another popup appears saying:

"File Needed
The file hpzrp306.dll on (Unknown) is needed"

Is this some extra HP utility that was installed along with the printer?

I also have a 1012 printer and believe that I had a similiar problem. I unistalled the pritner and installed the software that came with the printer and I think that fixed it. Good luck.
